But as all great stories evolve, so too must Sherbet Birdie.
After almost 20 years of creating one-of-a-kind portrait experiences, Sasha will be stepping away from portrait photography in six months to focus on our newest and most exciting venture: Lovebirds by Sherbet Birdie, an intimate micro-wedding and elopement service.
While this marks the end of an era for Sherbet Birdie’s signature portrait shoots, we are embracing a new journey filled with romance, storytelling, and beautifully crafted wedding experiences.
Why the Change?
Like many small businesses, we’ve faced the challenges of a changing economy and rising costs. Keeping Sherbet Birdie alive in its current form has become increasingly difficult, and we’ve had to reflect on what the future looks like.
Instead of closing our doors completely, we’ve made the decision to evolve Sherbet Birdie into something new and exciting - a space where couples can celebrate love in an intimate, cinematic way with Lovebirds by Sherbet Birdie.
Sasha has always been passionate about crafting experiences that feel like stepping into a dream and with Lovebirds that passion continues, just in a different way.
